About Val Wright

Experienced care grounded in health, family and community work.

Val is a qualified osteopath with a Bachelor of Musculoskeletal Health and a Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy from Ara Institute of Canterbury. She previously trained as a Registered Nurse and Midwife in South Africa and holds a Masters in Health Care Management from the University of Bedfordshire, UK.

With a background spanning nursing, community health and osteopathy, Val takes a holistic approach to care, combining medical knowledge with hands-on osteopathic treatment.

She has a particular interest in treating babies, children, older adults, headaches, migraines and concussions. Val uses a range of techniques, including structural osteopathy, craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation, tailoring treatment to each individual's needs.

Outside the clinic, Val enjoys spending time outdoors, reading and relaxing.
